sxsw 2011 tanggal 11 - maret 2011 di austin bakal dibanjiri badge-badge baru, dari foursquare sendiri udah mengumumkan ada 18 badge baru yang bakal diterbitkan dalam rangka event sxsw 2011 atau event south by southwest (music+film interactive).
salah satu brand yang akan menerbitkan badge spesial adalah "spin magazine" (liat postingan di sini)dan "blackberry" yang sudah mencantumkan akan adanya badge baru di halaman foursquare "blackberry" di http://foursquare.com/blackberry
badge bernama "blackBerry sxsw 2011" ini dapat diunlock dengan cara terlebih dahulu follow halaman http://foursquare.com/blackberry kemudian mengunjungi dan check-in di satu lokasi rekomendasi di ajang sxsw 2011 austin mulai tanggal 11-15 maret 2011.
