Now anyone can try their hand at magic with a little help from Google and the new Warner Bros. Pictures film set in J.K. Rowling’s Wizarding World, “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.” Taking place decades before Harry Potter first arrives at Hogwarts, “Fantastic Beasts” follows the adventures of magizoologist Newt Scamander in a whole new era of the wizarding world — New York in 1926.

If you want to try being a wizard, try casting spells on your Android phone: Just say “Ok Google” followed by “Lumos” or “Nox” to turn your flashlight on and off. Try “Silencio” to silence the ringer and notifications.

You can also explore the world of “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” with Google Street View. Visit New York in 1926 as brought to life in the film, as well as the real locations today. Fans can visit MACUSA (Magical Congress of the USA); Steen National Bank, where Newt first meets Jacob Kowalski; the underground speakeasy The Blind Pig; and the magical apartment of Tina and Queenie Goldstein, two of the film’s key characters.

Hardware The Galaxy S7's hardware design is largely identical to that of the S6, retaining its metal and glass chassis, but with refinements such as a flatter home button, and a thinner protrusion for the camera. Galaxy S7 devices are equipped with a Samsung Exynos 8890 system-on-chip and 4 GB of RAM. In the United States and China, the S7 uses the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, as unlike Exynos, it supports the CDMA networks which are still extensively used by some U.S. and China carriers. The heat from the processor is transferred with a 0.4mm thick water cooling system. The S7 includes either 32 or 64 GB of internal storage (in most markets only the 32 GB model will be available). The micro SD card slot was restored, enabling expansion of storage capacity. Both the S7 and S7 Edge feature a 1440p Super AMOLED display; the S7 has a 5.1-inch panel, while the S7 Edge now uses a larger 5.5-inch panel. As with the prior model, the S7 Edge's screen is curved along the side bezels of the device. Both models also have larger batteries in comparison to the S6, with 3000 mAh and 3600 mAh capacity respectively and support for wireless charging. The S7 features a 12-megapixel rear-facing camera with a "Dual Pixel" image sensor and f/1.7 aperture lens.


Software The Galaxy S7 ships with Android 6.0 "Marshmallow" and Samsung's proprietary TouchWiz software suite. A new "Always On" functionality displays a clock and notifications on-screen when the device is in standby; the display is turned off completely if the device's proximity sensor detects that it is in an enclosed space such as a pocket. Samsung claims this feature would only consume half a percentage of battery capacity per-hour. New widget panes can be displayed on the edge of the S7 Edge, in "Edge Single" and wider "Edge Single Plus" sizes. Dari benchmark yang beredar meneyebutkan kalau Nokia X2 akan mengusung prosesor Qualcomm Snapdragon 200, 1.2 GHz, RAM 1 GB, memori internal 4 GB, layar 4.3 inchi WVGA dan kamera 5 MP. Yang jelas spesifikasi tersebut di atas generasi Nokia X sebelumnya.

The Google+ app for Android has been updated to provide several new features to enhance content viewing and sharing.

Highlights include the new navigation menu, which makes it easy to switch between your circles and communities. Tapping the new pencil icon in the bottom right allows for easy sharing, including a live camera feed in the picker for in-the-moment photo capture. Finally, the app's main menu now naturally slides out of the way, allowing posts to fill the entire screen.

2. Auto Awesome Movies are now available on Android, iOS and the web, so lots more people will receive highlight reels of their photos and videos.

New Gmail for Android with Improved RTL Support, Save to Google Drive & More

Google merilis update terbaru aplikasi Gmail for Android dengan banyak tambahan fitur baru termasuk salah satunya adalah kemampuan menyimpan langsung attachment ke Google Drive disamping dapat menyimpan file attachment ke lokal drive atau ponsel. Selain fitur penyimpanan tersebut ada tambahan fitur Right to Left Support bagi pengguna Gmail yang menggunakan tulisan atau bahasa yang dibaca dari kanan ke kiri seperti Arab, Hebrew dan Persian.

Menurut rilis pihak Gmail di Google+ ada beberapa tambahan fitur baru antara lain:

First Leaked Image of Amazon's Debut Smartphone

Sudah tau kan kalo Amazon bakal bikin smartphone sendiri? Hari ini situs BGR merilis bocoran foto perangkat smartphone pertama dari Amazone seperti gambar di atas. Terlihat di bagian bawah ada lubang speaker di kanan dan kiri, tombol power dan volume ada di samping.

Desain warna gelap dengan logo Amazon ada di bagian belakang, desain ponsel Amazon ini masih mirip dengan beberapa smartphone ternama iPhone, Galaxy S maupun HTC One. Mengenai ukuran, Amazon Phone ini juga berukuran agak besar meskipun masih nyaman digunakan dengan satu tangan, termasuk adanya gesture control yang mempermudah penggunaannya.

Spesifikasi smartphone Amazon ini menurut info akan dilengkapi prosesor quad core Snapdragon 2GB RAM, layar 4,7 inchi dengan resolusi HD 720p. Mirip dengan yang ada di Kindle Fire tablet milik Amazon, smartphone ini memiliki 6 modul kamera individu yang disesuaikan dengan sistem Android.

Yang menarik, smartphone ini memiliki interface 3D effect yang diaktifkan dengan 4 kamera infrared yang menghadap ke depan unuk melacak posisi kepala pengguna. Selain itu ada beberapa sensor tambahan yang dapat mengontrol gerakan pengguna untuk mengakses menu ponsel tersebut.

New Snapchat for Android Add Video Chats and Instant Messaging Features

Aplikasi Snapchat for Android hari ini merilis update terbaru dengan tambahan fitur utama video chats dan instant messaging. Kedua fitur tersebut masih seperti dengan fitur kirim gambar yang bisa diatur untuk menghilang dari layar smartphone setelah diterima.

Cara penggunaan fitur ini gampang, arahkan ke daftar kontak dan gesek ke arah kanan sampai keluar menu conversation atau chat. Ada pilihan apakah pesan tersebut dapat discreenshot atau dibiarkan lenyap begitu saja. Mirip dengan aplikasi Hangouts dari Google atau Skype dari Microsoft, fitur video chats Snapchat juga memungkinkan percakapan face to face antar pengguna Snapchat.

Dari bocoran gambar tersebut terlihat bahwa ponsel Galaxy Core 2 memiliki 1 tombol fisik "Home" di antara tombol "recent apps" dan tombol "back". Galaxy Core 2 merupakan ponsel Dual SIM dengan layar berukuran 4,5 inchi, menggunakan prosesor quad-core 1,2 GHz, 512 MB RAM, 4 GB internal storage dan dapat ditambahkan kartu microSD.

Layanan musik streaming asal Prancis "Deezer" merilis versi baru aplikasi Deezer for iOS (iPhone/ iPad/ iPod Touch) dan Deezer for Android dengan tambahan fitur baru "Flow" yang memungkinkan pengguna Deezer mendengarkan lagu non-stop bukan dari playlist atau album tertentu tetapi dari lagu yang diputar Deezer berdasarkan "listening habits", selera musik dan lagu atau artis favorit kita.

Fitur "Flow" sangat menarik bagi pengguna Deezer yang tidak mau repot memilih-milih lagu karena yang dengan fitur ini yang akan diputar pasti sudah familiar. Lagipula bagi yang tidak berlangganan atau versi trial-nya sudah habis masih dapat mendengarkan lagu nonstop secara full bukan 30 detik.

Selain fitur "Flow", versi baru Deezer for iOS V.4.8.2 dan Deezer for Android v.4.3.0.9 (bisa berbeda tergantung device-nya) adalah fitur "Discovery Users", new themed and artists radio channels, new explore screens and brand new chart page.

Fitur "Discovery Users" memungkinkan Deezer editor berkontribusi di playlist kita dengan menambahkan  radio playlist baru. Fitur "Explore" dapat dipilih berdasarkan "New Release" atau "Editor Recomendation" sesuai dengan genre musik dan region/ wilayah pengguna. Saat ini fitur "Charts" bisa dipilih berdasarkan "most popular songs", album, artis, playlist atau genre.
