TVtag (formerly GetGlue) Shutting Down Starting January 2015

akhirya layanan social checkin tvtag yang sebelumnya bernama getglue resmi mengumumkan penutupan layanan aplikasinya alias shutdown mulai 1 januari 2015. setelah setahun sejak dibeli i.tv dan penggantian nama getglue menjadi tvtag serta perubahan segmentasi layanan sosial tersebut membuat pengguna fanatik getglue meninggalkannya. sebelumnya aplikasi getglue selain untuk checkin dan sharing tv show dan sport juga tersedia checkin untuk movie, music bahkan topik-topik yang menjadi tempat nongkrong pengguna getglue fanatik.

pergantian kepemilikan, penggantian logo, pernggantian nama serta penghilangan salah satu yang khas dari getglue yang melayani order secara gratis real sticker atau stiker fisik menjadi faktor utama kaburnya para pengguna tvtag (getglue). setelah pergantian menjadi tvtag, tinggal sedikit pengguna layanan tersebut, terutama pengguna dari indonesia yang sempat diakui pihak getglue tersisa beberapa pengguna fanatik yang berada di komunitas GetGlueID yang masih mengejar stiker-stiker favorit di tvtag.
