Get ready for a new Northwest standard from our friends at Widmer Brothers. Adding to their already mighty year round line up, Upheaval IPA is officially launching today. The Upheaval hop additions include the Alchemy blend for bittering; and Chinook, Simcoe, Brewer’s Gold, Willamette, and Nelson Sauvin varieties for aroma. Additionally, setting this IPA apart from the rest is that it’s not filtered after fermentation, resulting in a hazy, light copper appearance and elevating the yeast character. - (Blog Untappd)
